Nikki Gibson


Business Manager & Real Play Specialist

Nikki started her career in the telecommunications industry managing a team to provide excellent customer services to consumers and businesses. Through her hands on experience in customer services, Nikki moved to an organisation that specialised in measuring and analysing the customer experience. Account managing various blue chip organisations including BSKYB, Marks and Spencer, Halifax, Vodafone and E.ON, Nikki managed projects to provide insight into the current customer experience and made suggestions to improve it.

With one of her superiors taking on a completely new project and leaving the customer experience consultancy, Nikki was asked to join him on his new venture. Nikki was part of a start up organisation within the financial services sector providing short term loans against assets. This gave quite a strong introduction to the world of valuing assets for the open market and selling through auction houses such as Bonhams, Christies and Sotheby's. Nikki took on a varied role (as you do within a start up) but predominately looked after customer interactions. The company quickly grew from strength to strength and Nikki set up and developed several departments. Nikki managed all the high value accounts from high net worth individuals to businesses including mortgage brokers, IFA's, accountants and wealth managers. She developed long standing relationships through networking and providing an excellent service.

Nikki was also a keen actress early in her career, and was awarded a place at the London School of Musical Theatre. Nikki is a member of a few amateur dramatics clubs and is happy with the level she acts at. As she says, "It's great being involved in amateur dramatics as I am not good at standing in the background or being in the chorus, so this way I get the best parts!"

At the Associated Group and the Business Coaching Foundation, Nikki is now able to combine a lot of what she is good at and truly passionate about, from understanding and delivering world class customer services, driving sales and increasing revenue, to meeting clients and delivering the innovative REAL PLAY™ sessions within the business coaching programmes.
