The Foundation Programme is run by the Business Coaching Foundation & endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
Anyone attending this programme and successfully completing the final assessment and questionnaire will be issued with the Foundation Certificate in Business Coaching and will become a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management with all inclusive benefits.
The Business Coaching Foundation programme is designed for organisations that want their managers and team leaders to adopt a more effective approach to their work.
Delegates on previous programmes range from Chief Executives, General Managers and HR Managers, through to Production Line Supervisors and office staff. Anybody that has to work as part of a team and relies on other people's efforts will benefit from this programme.
