The Masters will complete your personal transition into the executive coaching world and give you the tools to go and create a cultural difference within your business!
Building on the back of your previous education, you will learn and experience the three ‘super competencies' - techniques that will directly impact and positively enhance your ability to connect with the most senior of your colleagues both internally and externally. Specifically the COMET model is explored ... linking COaching and MEntoring Together.
Full of practical application, being on the Masters is a coaching experience itself. The event is facilitated by practising Executive Coaches who are using the ‘super competencies' day in/day out, enabling crisp delivery and exploration. Highlights include ‘learning the system', the client ‘responsibility/STD model' and encouraging healthy confrontation.

The Masters itself is 3 days in duration. Two initial back to back days to grab the learning and messages and then a third and final day around 6 weeks later - graduation day
The gap of 6 weeks gives you the opportunity to reflect on the information from the first 2 days and importantly implement specific actions that will move both you and your business forward.
Your Graduation
Day 3 has two elements to it. The first is the coaching clinic forum, this is time devoted to reviewing all elements of your coaching successes and challenges so far. This is an extremely practical element of the programme that moves right away from 'theory' and into the discussion element around real business results. This allows everyone to access the experience of the group by sharing winning outcomes and solutions implemented since the first two days.
This will be followed by your graduation dinner (business dress). This prestigious evening will be hosted by the BCF and you will be entertained and enlightened by a celebrity speaker who will finish the evening by presenting you with your BCF certificate and graduation gifts.
