Introduction

This jam-packed practical 2-day workshop will give you a head start in your managerial career by giving you essential knowledge of leadership and management styles, motivating and building your team to 'High Performance', and the interpersonal skills to do it!

Who's it for?
This course is suitable for managers with less than 18 months experience in management, as well as supervisors, team leaders and aspirational employees wanting to get ahead quickly.
