People are very judgemental in the workplace about our behaviour, attitude, speech and appearance. It is very important how we communicate to others - positive or negative- to ensure that our message is interpreted correctly.
The aim of this programme will be to broaden the minds of individuals oncommunication styles and explore why we have difficulty with some people and not others.
Objectives
By the end of the programme delegates will be able to:
- Discover exactly what your personal preferences are and be amazed by the accuracy of "how well you know yourself".
- Understand the different "types" of people that exist and learn how to identify the preferences of others.
- Gain insights into how to adapt your own style to "connect" with any one you come into contact with.
- Uncover the secrets of "influencing with integrity" to get to a "winwin" result for all parties.
- Identify your "difficult" customers/colleagues and develop the ability to get on with/sell to them in spite of your differences.
- Appreciate the power of your subconscious mind and how important a part it plays in communicating and building rapport.
- Gain confirmation of your "preferred style" and commit to developing the skills that will allow for successful communications whenever you want them, regardless of the mindset of the other party.
- Increase your success by at least 25% as a result of attending this programme and employing the skills learned.
