Managing the Business & Managing Change
Duration: 2 days
For any manager an understanding of where they fit within the business and the overall vision of the business itself is paramount. A good understanding of the business processes contributes to the continuous development of a fully rounded manager.
Change needs to be managed in a planned, intelligent and sensitive way, as many people feel threatened by change. Managers must be able to explain convincingly what is needed and why, and manage change successfully so that they, their team and their organisation can move the business forward with limited disruption.
