Motivated people are essential in any organisation. For an employee, the chief advantage of being motivated is job satisfaction. For the employer, it means good quaility work. Self-motivation is long lasting.
Aim
To introduce individuals to the overall concept of self-motivation, motivating others and goal setting in a practical way aligned to the business and their personal objectives.
